Gabriella also works as a Customer Operations Analyst at Auxilius—a biotech-focused finance and operations company based in New York, NY. She previously worked as a Commercial Banking Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co in Los Angeles, CA. Drawing on her background in data analysis, system configuration, and automation through technical scripting, Gabriella helps organizations tighten their workflows and improve operational accuracy. She combines financial insight, technical problem-solving, and a strong command of integrated systems to build the efficient, modern infrastructures that support New Ventura’s services. Gabriella graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Finance and Healthcare Administration and a Minor in Business Administration.

Tim also works as the Head of Marketing for BondIt Media Capital and Buffalo 8—two film companies located in Los Angeles, CA. Leveraging his experience in optimizing digital operations, automating workflows, and managing high-volume creative and marketing pipelines, Tim helps businesses modernize their systems with clarity and efficiency. He blends strategic communication, technical execution, and team leadership to implement the tools and processes that power New Ventura’s services. Tim graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Philosophy.
